Develop An Attitude of Gratitude for Your Health and Happiness

As we enter this wonderful fall season when we celebrate the harvest and share Thanks with our friends and families, I am always reminded of the importance of Gratitude in our personal journeys to a more balanced and meaningful life.

I read a wonderful little book for my daily meditation and reflection entitled, An Attitude of Gratitude: How to Give and Receive Joy Every Day of Your Life.

I would like to share with you what M.J. Ryan writes about:

The Gifts of Gratitude

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have

into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance,

chaos into order, confusion to clarity….Gratitude makes

sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision

for tomorrow.”       ~Melody Beattie
