As a life coach who specializes in wellness, stress management, and self love I am constantly amazed and saddened over the way people treat themselves and have no awareness or understanding of how they are actively participating in their own stress, dis-stress and ultimately dis-ease. I am committed to working to teach, guide, motivate and inspire others to take care of the most important asset and resource one has: OUR SELF!
Towards that end I will continue to provide wisdom events, stress management classes and of course personal life coaching that focuses on the whole person.
I invite my readers and my clients to take the time for yourself, to take actions that support the understanding and awareness that wellness and serenity come to those who practice the holistic philosophy on a regular basis that everything we Think, Do, Believe, and Feel has an impact on our mental and physical health and well being.
It is all about Balance. Here are a few tips for managing your stress Today!
#2 Present moment thinking is calming and productive: staying in the past or fearing tomorrow are a waste of energy. Do what it is you can do today and you will feel much more in control
#3 Remember to Laugh (especially at yourself)
#4 Stay out of negative and scary thinking for it is totally nonproductive
