REMEMBER TO BREATHE

As you go through your busy days of shopping and decorating and partying and giving and working and playing and singing and eating great foods and wearing gay apparel, remember to take a moment to BREATHE. Taking deep breaths brings us back to the present, fills our lungs and our body with healing oxygen, and calms our mind and our bodies. I remember some Christmases past when I was so worn out from rushing and worrying and DOING, that I missed all of the fun and the magic of this wonderful and meaningful time of year. I now make a commitment to embrace each moment for I know that the Precious Present is the best and most valuable gift I can give myself. Remember that this moment right now is the only moment we have control over and it allows us to truly notice and feel and take it all in. Choose to not contaminate the only moment you have by loosing yourself to the future or to the past or by thinking negative and stressful thoughts. Be In The Moment for it is not a rehearsal. May the Magic of this season touch your heart and revive your spirit.
