One of the most challenging things my clients seem to experience is learning to set healthy boundaries so that they can maintain sanity and balance in their busy lives. We all have much on our plates and therefore knowing when and how to say NO when asked to take on one more task or to spend time in a way that we really don't want to is crucial for our mental and physical well being.
