THE POWER OF LOVE

When I am challenged with important (or maybe not so important) decisions in my work, my relationships, or my own wellness I have learned to go to a simple yet challenging question: Is this decision coming from a place of love or of fear? I have learned that decisions coming from love work and those from fear do not. I encourage my clients to stop and ask "what would love do and what would fear do? before acting. In my morning inspirational reading I was reminded of the power of love in a piece by Alan Cohen which is entitled "The Diet That Always Works" in which he wrote: "A Course in Miracles tells us that every act we do is either an expression of love or a call for it. Love is the only diet, therapy, or activity that always works. When we cut past our facades, many of our actions stem from our need to know we are loveable. To love ourselves and others as we are is to become Godlike."
The one thing we can never get enough of is love. And the one
thing we never give enough of is love. ~ Henry Miller
Make this day a loving one and notice two things: how you feel and how your body responds to coming from a place of love.
Stay Well.
