"Let the world unfold without always attempting to figure it all out. Let relationships just be, for example, since everything is going to stretch out in Divine order. Don't try so hard to make something work-simply allow. Don't always toil at trying to understand your mate, your children, your parents, your boss or anyone else, because the Tao is working at all times. When expectations are shattered, practice allowing that to be the way it is. Relax, let go, allow, and recognize that some of your desires are about how you think your world should be, rather than how it is in that moment. Become an astute observer...judge less and listen more. Take time to open your mind to the fascinating mystery and uncertainty that we all experience."
These words are from Verse 1 of Dr. Wayne Dyer's book, Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life. After his death in August, I made a decision to honor his life and his work by present some events in which I share some of his work and wisdom.
I hope you will join me and others at the upcoming "Tribute to Wayne Dyer Renewal Retreat" on October 3rd. The information is below. Hope to see you there.
Namaste, Molly
Nature, S’Mores, and the Wisdom of Dr. Wayne Dyer
This special enrichment retreat facilitated by life coach and inspirational speaker, Molly Behannon, is designed to provide a renewal retreat experience while honoring the life and work of her mentor, Wayne Dyer and honoring her passion for facilitating retreats that help others bring balance back into their busy and chaotic lives.
Molly invites you to nurture yourself as you experience the learning, energizing, healing power of nature and share the joy of connecting with others at the peaceful and beautiful Shooting Star Ranch and Retreat in Red Oak where she will present Dr. Dyer’s wisdom: Don’t Die With Your Music Still In You and Other Secrets for Success and Inner Peace
Enjoy your morning coffee and ease into their day as you drive south to Red Oak where we will gather together in the beautiful “Sloan House” where Molly will teach, guide, motivate and inspire us as we watch and listen to Dr. Dyer’s powerful words and learn how to integrate his wisdom into our lives.
We will enjoy the beauty of fall at the shooting star as participants find a comfy place for a picnic lunch under the trees or on the patio. After lunch we will gather together in the fire circle by the creek to prepare and savor some Shooting Star’s signature S’mores, and end the experience with a quiet meditative walk along the peace trail.
